We ordered takeout through Grubhub and Grubhub messed up. They delivered our order to someone else and vice versa. I called ElAzteco and spoke with Billy the manager. Not only did he make a big service recovery. He sent one of his own staff members to deliver us fresh food. We did not have to go through the hassle of dealing with Grubhub. That atmosphere is great, nice outdoor patio. The food was incredibly disappointing. It’s nowhere near authentic. We got the tacos and burritos and they lacked any flavor, even the rice was bad. I think it was all re heated. I would not go back because I like getting a good meal when I pay for it. View all feedback.
