Staff are absolutely lovely and really accommodating. Food amazing : I'm quite an anxious human and they put me at ease quite quickly. Breakfast a lot of choices. Would recommend it. Beds comfy, shower amazing. Only thing, would recommend bringing an extension lead incase wanting to set up a laptop to TV and such for netflix. Overall a lovely way to spend a business trip away. I stayed here a couple of weeks ago prior to delivering a study day at the hotel. The room was clean and well equipped. The conference room was suitably equipped but very warm. Breakfast was rather basic. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an incident at the hotel the night I stayed and am disappointed that despite contacting the hotel they have not responded to my request for an update. read more.
