What User doesn't like about The Twelve Oars:
On two occasions we have visited this pub both times the food was over an hours wait. The vegan element of the menu is added to the bottom of dishes as a pose to dishes being separate and easily to identified. Twice I have completed a comments form to the company and received an electronic response and nothing further even though they suggest they will respond within a specific timescale.
