I am so impressed with the East London airport Mugg and Bean staff! We enjoyed a lovely lunch before our flight and then headed to the plane. The service was fast and friendly! When we were on the plane a mugg and bean staff member boarded the plane to provide up with a cash refund as they realised too much money had been put through the card machine. Incredible honesty! What User doesn't like about Mugg Bean:
I paid R195 for half an avo, rice and Cabbage. Chicken was not edible, dry inside, so much batter it hurt to chew it. I paid for the meal and tipped coz waiter was not a problem. I complained about the food and was offered an apology from waitress. I will not return to this establishment should I have to make use of this airport again. View all feedback.
