I haven’t visited the farm (although I’d love to because looks like my dream) but everything I’ve purchased from here from the local farmers market on Tompkins Square Park on the weekend is unbelievable .. truly! From steak to lamb to smoked ham for split pea soup… there is just a freshness and taste that you only get from quality meat. Their bone broths are amazing, really everything!
