Today was the first day hotel terrace Ruthie 's has reopened, since it only closed months ago due to the Kovid. Allan And I were the first customers to arrive! The food was just as delicious as we remembered. So happy they're open again. Since there are no more diners around this Tri-City area, we probably come here more than before, which was a lot! What Pompiere doesn't like about Ruthie's Terrace:
You know the place all the older folks go for an early evening dinner? This is Millinocket's. The food was barely OK, the tables sticky, the lighting dingy, though the help was friendly. The meatloaf was dense and flavorless, thankfully the mashed potatoes were decent, though the side of gravy was straight from the can. Great place to stay at when visiting Baxter being less than a half an hour away. The rooms are immaculate and great value for the dollars spent. Management is great and accommodating. Ended up spending two nights. Thanks!!
