We were just finishing a lovely easy day out and really fancied a nice cup of tea and cake).....as we were passing through Woodford looked into this lovely cafe. The first thing I would like to thank the ladies for is ...that although only 20 minutes to closing they were very happy for us to sit and relax. On Saturday we decided to go out with our son and family for a first visit to the tea room. Whilst it was very nice in there and the staff pleasant, we were very disappointed to be told that earlier that day they had sold all their cakes to one person who took them home. Perhaps it would have made a better impression if they could have kept one or two back for customers? View all feedback.
