"I had the Beets starter which was amazing with a little heat from the chillis. Then mushroom risotto with hens egg which was equally fantastic. Met a colleague to discuss business but food far too good for us to talk and haven’t even mentioned the simple pleasures beer not a bad Thursday"

"Visited with a group of friends recently and we all really enjoyed our pizzas. They took quite a while to come out of the kitchen but I guess this shows they are freshly prepared to order and the bases were beautifully crisp with plentiful toppings! My only criticism would be the strange names that have been given to the pizzas which seem to bear no resemblance to the toppings mine was called ‘bierre’ it was olive and prosciutto!?! Wines by the glass her are really good as is the great selection of gins and mixers. We shall be back again soon!!!"
