What Elephant Aura likes about Dunkin':
Omgoooosh I just got food delivered to my home and this is the first time I've tasted perfectly made dunkin food. It was super fresh and even the hashbrowns were golden, and my order was packaged neatly. I am super happy with my order. Thank you for the fresh food, you are truly appreciated. I love dunkin, and have been disappointed in many stores but not this one!!! View all feedback.

What Clifton Harp doesn't like about Dunkin':
In town for training. Stopped by yesterday to get iced coffee. Got a hot coffee and a 1/4 inch of grounds in the bottom. Stopped again this morning for breakfast hoping the service would be better. It wasn't. This time I ordered an iced coffee and a 10 pack of munchkins- glazed. Got the iced coffee as ordered, but the munchkins were 4 different kinds and just tossed into a bag. "It was Mom's birthday I made a reservation and made a special request. Upon arrival, the hostess did not wait for my reservation. We quickly became a table, not in the best position. Various servers would drop the articles on the table and then get rid of them, so it was difficult to communicate or ask questions for sauces, water, etc. After several attempts, I was able to send the server that our final order about the celebration of a birthday, we ordered Dessert and a group came by to sing happy birthday. It was a funny gesture, but they put a hat on my brother's head and started singing. We were disappointed because it was the wrong person at the table. I had specifically indicated my mother's name in our reservation the purpose of booking together with the special requests. Later I received an e-mail that I missed my reservation, so obviously the hostess got everything wrong from the beginning and ruined the entire plan and reservation. No complaints about eating it was okay and overall it is a fun restaurant. However, communication was definitely a problem."

"My daughter and I were visiting Hartford and staying at Farmington. Read about this restaurant online and decided to stop by. We are vegetarians and ordered the Vegetarian Gyoza, Mrs. Peanut and Udon Noodles. We asked for extra spicy. Food was very fresh and delicious, servings were generous. Highly recommend it. "We had the tuna nicoise tartare for a starter, the Jumbo Sea Scallops and Aged New York Strip with asparagus for entrees, the Chocolate Molten Souffle for dessert and the Local Lemonade and Jack of Hearts for cocktails. Everything was superb; absolutely delicious. In fact, I've never had a steak so tender and juicy before. The souffle was heaven. Truly a 5 star experience!"
