Frequent here on the weekends early 530am always an issue with my order. Last ordered 5 Dunkin holes varied. Was Handed A Wrinkled Bag Of 3 vanilla. Rushed me off because you were hurrying messed up my order. There isn't another Dunkin donuts that has equipment etc... Plz slow down and get orders right early in the morning. You know there's going to be a lot of cars. So does everyone else in the line Food: 3

I drive past the Dunkin donuts in palatka to East palatka because better food and better service and it's cleaner and employees are clean so yes I go out of my way. Anytime Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I visit Dunkin' at least five times a week and have done so for years. When this location opened, I was thrilled, and it started off great! However, it has quickly declined. It appears to be managed by teenagers, as I've rarely seen an adult or manager present during my numerous visits. The service is inefficient and poorly organized overall. The inconsistency has been so frustrating that I stopped going for several months. The staff seems to lack a sense of urgency, and I often have to interrupt their conversations or phone usage to get assistance. Mobile orders are never placed where they're supposed to be; instead, they’re all piled behind the counter, leading to cold food, melted drinks, and customers having to ask for their orders. The coffee is often only half full and overrun with ice or foam. I've never encountered a Dunkin' like this before. I definitely plan to avoid this location in the future.

The food is consistently well-prepared, and the staff is always friendly. They manage to seat customers quickly, even when the lines get long. The only downside might be the design of the parking lot, but it's definitely worth the visit.
