As a native of East Peoria I will say that is the place where I will find most locals. Other Chinese restaurants in the area are good, and this is not perfect. What I like most is the portion size compared to the price. Taste is great, fast and accurate. They even tend to throw a few extra snacks. Defiantly my favorite skin food in the area.
