Amazing as always, fresh, fast, and delicious. I always seem to forget when you order a number off the menu that it doesn 't come as a meal with chips and a drink, you have to order that separate, otherwise I love this place. We ordered one of our sandwiches custom. It was incorrect. We called the store to have it fixed and the employee Zoe proceeded to argue with us and said it was our fault the sandwich was wrong. Then we spoke to the manager Ellie Bowers and she says that there is nothing she can do about it and just order another sandwich or call corporate because it was an online order. Jimmy johns rock. some of the best sandwiches in the city, does not play any role, at which location I go.
Good sandwiches, fast service, consistent and friendly.
I feel the meat portions on the hunters club has been reduced drastically

I call the corporate number and they are closed on the weekends. Also no straws for our drinks. Needless to say I will be calling corporate Monday and will be speaking to the GM Bailey Rhoad on Tuesday.
This is my first time at this Jimmie Jon’s and the drive slow is freakishly slow. There have been 3 customers leave in the 12 minutes I’ve sat here and still haven’t ordered. I’m probably not goingto come back because I don’t have the extra time during lunch to wait. It’s to bad because I love Jimmie John’s.
