The main degustation is sensational food and can't go past the amazing mushroom soup with truffle cream..debauchery...followed by scallops with pumpkin and sultanas and the piece de resistance would be the amazing rock lobster complete with Manjimup truffle and mushrooms in a blue cheese mornay. We came for a birthday celebration, selecting the $198 a head degustation menu for the 20 people at the table. We were booked in for 8pm and we’re all seated by 8:30pm.
