I think I set my expectations too high for my first time toa Brazilian steakhouse.While the food has great flavor the main point of coming to a Brazilian steakhouse is the meats. The regular beef was said to be medium, but was more like well. It was hard and chewy. The best cuts seemed to be those wrapped in bacon. So in hindsight, always choose bacon wrapped XYZ.
