Had the 3 course lunch for just £22....Wonderful value.... both had scallop starter.... delicious..... main wife had salmon, she said it was succulent and very tasty. I had lamb, outstanding.... desserts we had sticky toffee pudding and apple charlotte..... both where superb... This hotel is in a lovely location and was recommended to us however we found it a real disappointment.The staff were surly and snotty as tho we weren't the type they wanted there. The menu wasn't very inspiring the usual pub menu but dressed pretentiously. The prawn cocktail starter was in a tiny glass and half of that was stuffed with lettuce.
