Excellent mackerel and salad with tartare sauce which created a harmonious palate of exciting flavours. Staff were kind, efficient and helpful. Not cheap, but worth the money. Whole place was clean (including the toilets). Very child friendly and lots of smiles. Highly recommended. View all feedback.

Shocking service, staff told us wrong specials, limited menu meant we decided to go elsewhere after our drinks. Made worse by being called back in to the cafe 5 minutes after paying to be told the note was fake. I feel absolutely scammed as there was no way of proving it was the note I’d paid with and the note had come from a cash machine the day before! Avoid the place! View all feedback.

"Having read fantastic reviews, I was hoping to treat my guests to a good experience. Oh dear. We walked through the door at 1pm on Sunday, thinking it would be buzzing. The place was empty, apart from a solitary man sitting in the window. It was dark, unwelcoming, and smelt of stale fat. The two young girls behind the counter gave no welcome, in fact looked extremely uncomfortable and didn't really know what to do with us. We made a polite attempt at looking at the menu, and beat a hasty retreat. We had a fantastic meal in a Saturday Market Deli, which was absolutely on top of the game."
