"The most scrumptious Sunday dinner I've had in a long time. Free home made soup to start with and you could tell from that first mouthful that you were in for a treat. The generous portion of lamb was so tender, the mash sublime. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and overall a lovely place. Obviously popular, so you may need to book but we were very lucky that they had a cancellation. Would definitely recommend! Service: Dine in"

"I tried this restaurant for Sunday lunch and I'd heard really good things before going. Safe to say I wasn't let down. The roast lamb dinner was delicious and a really good portion. Honestly the size on them Yorkshires is ridiculous! I then had the white turtle cheesecake which was so beautifully presented and tasted just as delicious. The staff were also really friend and just the right amount of attentive."

"The cafe is on the top floor of the store. It has two seating areas, one with some sofas, easy chairs etc, the other with more basic tables and chairs. The views are fantastic, over the bay and sea to the south and the town to the north. No fancy coffees, cappuccino etc, in fact very traditional fare. I had a toasted tea cake and a black coffee, very enjoyable. There were breakfast type meals available, also steak pie, scampi, quiche. I didn’t have time for a meal, but the steak pie looked very good. Staff were friendly and the place was kept clean."
