Food was good service was good the band was amazing we are comming back just for the music this was the first time we have heard radio daze unbelievable it really made the night View all feedback.

I would recommend reel because it is a nice place to eat outside on the water and listen to the music there every night. there is not much special about eating. it's not bad, but they can be better in the opposite. this place is more than eating for the ambiente. View all feedback.
Took 50 minutes to get 4 baked clams and they were cold when they arrived.fish in the fish and chips had about 7 scales.lobster roll was very chewy.terrible experience..
Outdoor area is great. Food is good. Band and DJ awesome.
One friend ordered tuna appetizer- sorry, no tuna. Another requested no butter or dairy- entree came made in butter. Worst of all- once the check arrived it stated that the menu prices from which we ordered were actually cash-only prices. At NO POINT did ANYONE mention this before we ordered or while we ate. Very disingenuous. Not returning.
I made a reservation to be outside and they said we don’t have seating outside for 45 minutes. My husband doesn’t eat seafood so ordered skirt steak but they ran out so there wasn’t a steak sandwich either. He ended up with a burger. The fried calamari was good but very small portion. The real reason we went was to see Mystic but it rained so they cancelled. So wasn’t a great night and we told a manager and they did nothing to compensate
