Absolutely blown away by the customer service and eye for detail. The store was very clean and welcoming, and the manager, (Mark, I think? was very attentive and detailed in answering all the questions I had, (and believe me, I had a lot! What Nicole Herzog doesn't like about Real Fruit Bubble Tea:
Incredibly nice service and large portions (2x the size I expected for a large). Unfortunately, they just don’t taste good. The passion fruit green tea was mediocre at best, way too sweet. The jasmine green tea was too watered down. They offered to remake it for me, and it came out a little bit better but I still couldn’t finish it. View all feedback.
