"It was perhaps not the best night to try this place for the first time (nye), but this should not apologise the bad service and the ambiente. I asked about the taste recipe and was abruptly said that “it is silvester they know we are packed and not do it tonight”. the food was beaten on the table, there was a table with drunk young singing (bad,) that was only 19.30 the starter (trio of infiniti) was oversalted. our main thing (lamb achari a prawnteller) were however very good. possibly worth visiting another in a quiet night for the staff."

"Absolutely superb Nicola and Nicki run a first class place that feels like you’re eating somewhere exclusive and special . Hard to believe this is Rugeley and just 4 doors from my childhood home! I have been three times before in small to medium groups but not done a couple night. Absolutely superb, and will go very soon again. "We were passing thru near stoke on trent and googled best Sunday lunch near me, this place popped up, and it did not disappoint The food was perfect, I had creamy mushrooms for starters and my Missus had prawn cocktail, followed by roast beef dinner for both of us, food and service was excellent. "Rang for a table told they will reserve 1 for me and my family, which was obviously denied at arrival. Training issues definitely, boast a big seating area however barely fit more than 10 tables. After 2 hours waiting we got seated annoyed and angry at some bold ex gangster claiming to be the owner (due to his behaviour), was very very rude. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. Then my family was sat with children all I could here is the f word amongst staff. Clearly novices. Food was good but definitely average. Never going again!! Can't charge RITZ prices and deliver McDonald's service."
