Ive been coming here since the first day they opened the food is amazing great service the company & atmosphere there is very welcoming and the shisha just tops the night with loads of different flavours. The owner has now become family very respectful guy and goes above & beyond for his customers. View all feedback.
What Dorothy Cole doesn't like about Perth Hookah Lounge:
absolutely terrible experience. the staff is very rude, we were asked to move several time, very intrusive and finally they asked us to either buy another shisha or leave, we have been there for less than an hour. it was only me and a friend, we bought drinks, not like we were not paying money. definitely the worst in Perth. TL:DR An interesting and well needed addition to late nite perthPersian food.
Although this place has pretty good atmosphere, my first impression of this place is not good.
Absolutely will not recommend this place to everyone! the personal was so rude that it is money. there for a nice meal with the family and was sadly disappointed! eating was not as described and the service was cruel! and when I was entrusted to the manager/owner, he simply said if it goes elsewhere. I will not come back.
Was denied service because we do not buy shishas between us. we were only told after the purchase of shishas that we would not be allowed to stay unless we bought two more, then once after the request for a refund we were rejected. service until we bought another one. will not come back, terrible service, customer service was terrible. obviously never heard that the customer is always right! would give a zero star if I could
At ordering a shisha I asked for the mouthpieces, only for the case that my friend wanted to try for the first time shisha. when I ordered the owner of the place, I said I have to buy shishas because there are of us. I could understand that if they were flat, but tonight it was not definitiw. his ton and how he said it was incredibly rude? I have visited some paintings there and never heard of this rule. also my schisha, which I got had hardly tasted in him, and my coals went out, and I had to go forward and ask the owner for more coalescing, which then also came out minutes. while we were there, there was another group that left because of the same stupid rule. I and my friends will not return.
