We went a couple of times this week Firstly on a Monday for coffee and raisin toast and than Wednesday late afternoon during Henry field days We found Monday busy, coffee was great and the staff great Don't know the owners but assumed Alex and Michelle worked that day Michelle was lovely charming and Alex focused on delivering great food On Wednesday it was different Just one staff member and was around 415pm and no... Albert 1er is by far the premier restaurant in Chamonix.
