What Melissa Lopez doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered several drinks (all the same). The drinks were not great. Most of them were not finished. I was waiting on the right side for them to be done. I got my tablet out while I waited. They finished making my drinks and didn't even tell me they were done. When I said thank you and have a great day, they didn't even look in my direction or say anything to me. Made me feel unwelcome. The batistas here make the best coffee! I feel like I always get the best made drinks here with the best service!
