Nice fresh warm crunchy chicharones with a nice layer of crispy fat and a nice strip meat, add a little few drops of grace hot pepper sauce and your bueno. You can get a half portion for $3.50. Little neighborhood Filipino grocery store that also sells food for takeout Walk in and the place is nice, bright and well organized.
The star of the show here is the chicharon, pork skin that's been deep-fried (perhaps twice, judging by the level of crisp and colour).
