What bonsall1 doesn't like about Shimla Palace:
Visiting Eastbourne last week we decided to try Shimla. As soon as we came in the door the wine list was pushed in our faces. My friend had vegetable Masala. The only vegetables in this dish were green beans and onions. She had expected a good mixture of vegetables, such as cauliflower, peas, etc. The masala sauce was basically like a tomato puree and much too sweet.
