Just as the previous reviewer, I experienced truly poor customer service. I entered the shop today and was quickly told off by the man behind the counter, to close the door. I proceeded to place my order. Obviously with my mask on it was difficult for him to hear me so he asked curtly to repeat my order. I ordered a slice of lemon cake and he produced a large box.
