What Blaahh1989 doesn't like about Coffee#1:
Quality of coffee fine but service which has always been slow, was very disappointing today. Our food had yet to be delivered after 15m and when I chased it up, it had been completely forgotten about. The annoyance is not one of the three staff apologised. Some customer service training required and certainly they have lost our custom. View all feedback.
Coffe is great as was the cake. Staff overloaded with tables not cleared and using take out cups and plates because of staffing issues ... less than ideal.
