When I purchase a blizzard, that is what I want, not a milkshake. Yes, it was just like a milkshake 2x this week. I did inquire about it being turned upside down. However, no one seemed sure of what I was talking about. The 2nd visit, I inquired again and was told they didn't want it to run out of the cup.
