"We go here about 12 years, and there are a few very good dishes to order when you are vegan. Also they will happily substitute tofu, or the egg, steam instead of fry, etc. Here are the dishes we like: Pan Fried Cantonese Noodles with Fried Tofu (with additional noodles). Vegetables Fried Rice with Fried Tofu, no egg. Vegetable dumplings, frying pan. Sweet and Sour Fried Tofu with pineapple. They will also add nuts, but if you ask for walnuts, they will fried in sugar, which is a classic Chinese technique, but one that can surprise you if you are unfamiliar. For appetizers you will get small dishes of pickled cabbage and roasted dough. Good iced tea and pots of hot tea, of course. It is clean, with stands and tables, and friendly waiting staff. "After we stopped at Far Eastern Shore Winery, we recommended BBQ and Charlene to check the Rude BBQ. For drinks I enjoyed the aromas of Cherry Old Fashioned Slushie but it was not frozen, but liquidity. My BF and I have selected all two meats with two sides. We chose Sliced Brisket and Pulled Pork for meat. The Brisket was juicy and delicate, while the Pulled Pork was a bit dry. My BF enjoyed the meat with Carolina vinegar and Carolina Senf BBQ sauce while I enjoyed the meat with the Sweet BBQ sauce. For the pages we have chosen Fries and Baked Beans. We loved the crispy fries with Smoked Ketchup. The baked beans tasted like chili."
