louise was very easy to work. she was able to be flexible what our plans last minute to my 25-year-old consist of family and friends. all who thought we were planned for months, based on how beautifully presented and delicious that was eating. the use of local foods was important to us and louise has everything. "Amazing lunch card. the crabcake sandwich was the best I ever had. I recommend the kokoskuchen with lemon filling. it melts in your mouth. the cape charles coffee house is now a regular station when we visit cape charles!"

"I would go back, but I was to better brewery style places. This place is not bad at all, but I was in better places like it. I could definitely have some beers outside and enjoy myself here. The wings are not so good. The menu calls the wings award-winning must have been a low level of competition. The beers I had were very drinkable, but I'm not a beer expert who is said, I know when something tastes bad the beers don't taste bad. I had burgers with nacho-style cheese that Burger was good. There was a bartender who was there the day she sat with us, annoyed her. She was loud, wanted to know the whole place that she worked there, but it was her that day."

"Get a real sense of place here. Clearly staffed by locals, you feel welcomed into this waterman’s world. The decor of unpainted wood, concrete, corn hole boards, and local photos. The bathrooms are very clean and a welcomingly cool spot on a hot day. Our food was fresh and tasty, definitely connecting our palates with the Bay. Be sure to order some Shanty Fries. They’ve got something special they’ve created there. The flavoring is subtle and an unexpected delight. The background music and crowd noise creates a hum that can make it difficult to hear if your group is larger than four. If so, the deck dining is breezy and lovely."
