My boyfriend ordered pizzas and then the pizza delivery guy got lost. He called out contact number and we explained that he just drove past our place, and he said ok my bad I’ll turn around. Yummy yum! Good food and fast service- went at night with my boyfriend, which is a decent time to go.
Great tasting pizza and competitively priced. Their gluten free pizza tastes good. Very generous with toppings!
What a great deal. have not ordered pizzas here since pre covid. have they ordered twice in the last month for picking up and pizza is ready in 20 minutes and is piping hot! store looks clean and modern, professional looking polite workers. for 30 years in the opposite and they have greatly increased the pizza quality. I'm back!
After another call about the pizza, we opened the pasta dish only to find it contained only sausage and marinara sauce—no noodles at all! The cinnamon sticks were also doughy. I called the restaurant once more and was offered a 5% credit on my $50 order, followed by a $10 in-store credit. They explained the issues were due to new staff, a busy night, and the lost receipt that resulted in my pizza order being overlooked. Eventually, they offered me a dessert, a replacement pizza, a switch for the pasta and cinnamon twists, and a free 2-liter soda. My pizza finally arrived at 11:35 PM, over an hour and a half late, and the pasta was delivered at 11:55 PM. I now have a store credit that I doubt I'll use again, along with a “Sorry” card and my receipt, which they claimed was lost. It took nearly two hours to receive my order, and considering the inconvenience, the excuses I received, the mistakes on their part, and my guests having to wait, I do not plan on ordering from the London Square store again. We ended up eating macaroni and cheese and will have to deal with cold pizza and pasta tomorrow since they refused to refund my money or cancel the order when I first called.
The food is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly whenever I visit.
