"Nachdem wir zwei Tage zuvor Pizzas als Take-away geholt hatten und zufrieden waren, kamen wir an einem frühen Abend zu zweit ins Restaurant. Gefallen hat uns der freundliche und lösungsorientierte Service. Die Wartezeiten waren erfreulich kurz, obwohl schon etliche Gäste mit Spezialwünschen anwesend waren. Die Vorspeise (Bruschetta mit Funghi) schmeckte frisch. Meine Pizza hatte an diesem Tag für meinen Geschmack einen etwas zu dicken Teig, wobei das offensichtlich viele Gäste so mögen. Die Platzverhältnisse waren zudem etwas eng, was bei einem so gut laufenden Restaurant verständlich, aber halt aus Gästesicht etwas unangenehm ist. Die Preise empfanden wir als "an der oberen Grenze gerade noch ok". So landen wir in der Bewertung irgendwo zwischen 3 und 4 und können uns durchaus vorstellen, wieder einmal hier zu essen."

"The restaurant is very small, most likely 7-8 tables inside so a reservation in advance is advised. The menu offers a variety from local to international dishes. While we were studying the menu the chef visited our table and suggested to try the tapas menu which was a 7 course menu of smaller versions of the main dishes including a selection of the desserts. We tried the tapas menu and can recommend it without hesitation. Both waiter and chef were very charming, helpful and provided us information for each dish that we got. An advantage when having a small restaurant is that the staff really cares about every guest.The atmosphere is awesome, sitting in a 1000 year old castle, nice music and lovely decoration.Inside the castle is also a Boutique Hotel."

"After coming past this Japanese restaurant many times, I finally decided to watch for some Japanese dishes. So, let's start with the service and the ambience first. If you enter the restaurant and look at the decor, you wouldn't feel like they were in a Japanese restaurant. It is like any other restaurant with the exception of some photos of food covered. The service was very fast and also someone who does not speak German should not have a problem. The hostess spoke understandably English. The menu had a lot of variety to offer to their guests, but one should also notice that there is a section with list of some Chinese and Thai articles. That's a little beat for me. After said, there are definitely a lot of Japanese food listed. So no heart will burn. On these two parameters, I would rate them with 3.5/5 (3 for the menu and 0.5 for the decor). Now come to dinner. Since, I have never tasted pure Japanese cuisine, I thought would be wise to take a dish with a little Chinese and a little Japanese (I hate to waste food and this dish is highly recommended for how spirited individuals). Here he came to my unknown rescue. Therefore, I ordered a mixed dish of braided beef in Teriyaki sauce, sushi, sasimi and white rice. My wife prefers to stay safe and she ordered fried chicken vegetables in Schezwan sauce with white rice. The food was served in time and we didn't have to wait long. That was definitely a good service. Now comes the main part. The aspect that builds a reputation for a restaurant The food. So, guys, the food was good, but definitely not overwhelming. The braided beef was well cooked and the Teriyaki sauce was nice. The Sushi and Sasimi were also good. The Wasabi sauce that accompanied Sushi and Sasimi was very sharp and I had to keep my cola handy. Also the roasted chicken vegetables in Schezwan Sauce were good and the amount was quite full. My wife couldn't finish the whole part, so we packed the left home. Overall, the food was good. I will rate them 3.5/5 Ultimately at the prices, I think the prices are quite economical, on reciprocity with other restaurants that serve Asian cuisine nearby. Well, that shouldn't cut your bags. Based on the above, here is my last judgment A beautiful average restaurant that can definitely be visited again and recommended for an occasional visit. PS: My rating is based only on the 2 food items we ordered."
