"General We accidentally discovered the hereditary court Eulowitz on a trip to the Oberlausitz. For dinner we were quite timely, were very friendly received. The weather played well with and we could take place on the beautifully situated terrace. Although there was a great celebration in the following festive hall, we sat in a quiet, green oasis. The menu and the first drinks came flink. The map is very clear for food, regional products with Herkunfstangabe are offered, which made me immediately curious. Operation The service was very friendly and fast, has explained a lot we felt very pleasantly cared for. The food As a greeting from the kitchen came a sharp apple sauce very well tasted, not too sharp with a great fruit note. Appetizer: I chose a cream brûlée from the chicken liver on plum compass, my husband chose a small salad. Both were very interesting in taste, because both on salad a finely spicy dressing and the well-tasting composition of plum-compound with a liver pate caused surprise. Main course: My husband chose beef roast with horseradish sauce on carrot vegetables, I tried the beef cakes with apern mauke (regional name for potato puree) with vegetables of the saiaon. Unfortunately, I couldn't sample from the beef bar, my husband was too fast and I was too busy enjoying the super delicate beef bags. At the first moment, the vegetable duch surprised its pure taste, but we did not touch the salt, but instead let us in and see, so great and intense, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and beans can taste when they are cooked in a precise and bite-resistant manner. I think most people do not know this pure taste experience at all. Dessert: We chose a record with different dessert variations for 2 people. There were tastings of cream brûlée, an aroni cream, pistachio ice cream, vanillaies, table sorbet, a chocolate espuma, 2 varieties of melon, aronia berry and chocolate splinters. This included 2 espressi. It was just something for every taste and also the eye was great. My favorite was the chocolate splinters, self-made chocolate with herbs, just great. Beverages: There's a dark house beer my husband tried. He tasted pretty good. Unfortunately, I couldn't choose from the very well-stocked wine card, as I still had to drive. The ambience The terrace has a very nice, quiet, green location. The interior is very well maintained, it only disturbed me a few small things, but something like that is also a matter of taste."
