Very disappointing. At one time, Panera had great food, wonderful staff, in a warm and comfortable environment. Very sadly, this is no longer the case. The decor has changed from warm and cozy to industrial cafeteria . The food quality is now equal to Burger King. This is a favorite place to meet friends! Consistent food quality and friendly staff! Especially Dakota, who always provides wonderful customer service!
These flops watched my mother and I stand patiently waiting for two pastries and two drip coffees (cups) for 20 minutes. Had to ask for any attention.
