Booked adults New Years Eve dinner cruise,was suppose to book for a family of but cant find kids price on the booking site. So then we arrived early for the dinner to try and book the kids but the staff said they cant take the kids even if we pay full price for them coz cruise is fully booked already. We totally get that, but the NO REFUND AND NO REBOOKING POLICY WAS THE WORST PART OF IT ALL. Very UN-AUSTRALIAN. read more.
