I would highly recommend el causa. A really good food truck with really good Peruvian food and quality. If you happen to have a huge appetite I would get the Mostrito which is a quarter fried chicken with fries and Peruvian fried rice. Also one of Peru's authentic street foods is anticuchos which is cow heart skewers. The cow heart skewers may seem something not common but you will definitely end up a fan of it. Serv...
