I've lost count how mamy times I've driven past Brough. We met some family here for a picnic and then ice cream coffee cake from the Ice Cream Parlour and Tearoom. Gluten free options were available too. Friendly staff, well worth a visit. Amazing scenery too. View all feedback.

Stopped off for a snack in what looked a promising place. Food was OK at best but the milkshake was appalling. A small paper cup with banana falvoured milk. No ice cream or anything that resembled a traditional milkshake; which at £2.70, I expected. When I stood up to leave, I found my feet sticking to the floor which did not even look very clean. The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in pleasant weather, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. Babiesandtoddlers can sit in children's chairs (please inquire), and there's a counter where you can sit down and taste.
