Popped in here before doing some retail therapy downstairs, we were lucky to get the last table as a whole load of happy shoppers came in for coffee. We opted for Coffee (Large Cafetiere) Black Pudding and Haggis Special, Oswalds brunch with extra dry cured bacon. My wife and I visited this restaurant during a busy lunchtime, and she ordered the poached eggs on toast while I ordered the full English breakfast. Unfortunately, both of our meals had cold eggs. Additionally, we found the pricing of the poached eggs on the menu to be misleading and not accurately reflective of the quality. Overall, our experience was slightly disappointing. The full English breakfast was amazing. If you come before 11am, you'll receive a complimentary coffee, which is a great added perk.
