Tebay like all motorway services can be pricey BUT I was delighted to discover they have a modestly price lunch option now. Also suitable for ‘grab and go’ it’s a delicious soup and good sarnie, for £6.50. The facilities are always spotless and the Farm Shop worth a look. read more.

Having been to Tebay Services South before on business and had been impressed, dropped in with my wife on the way to Manchester. The food on offer had obviously been sitting for hours, dried and unappealing.
