Despite the other rave reviews, I can only judge on the one item I bought. One of my favorite pastries from a doughnut shop is an apple fritter (or banana when I can find one). I'm usually not on that side of town, but decided to give them a try. First, a fritter should at least have crispy edges. This was a thick mass with no chance of that.
