Obviously a local favorite as it was swamped on a Tuesday lunch crowd. Extensive menu with generous portions. Club sandwich could feed 2 people easy and fried shrimp poboy was packed with hot, tender bite size shrimp on crusty French bread loaf. Yum!! Wheelchair accessibility: Side entrance by ADA parking was easy to negotiate. Inside it was easy to maneuver. View all feedback.
What Angie Gatto doesn't like about Southside Cafe:
I usually try to refrain from making bad reviews, however, I found the food to be really terrible. The crab stuffed mushrooms are very heavily spiced, I removed the stuffing and just ate the mushrooms. The potato salad was not to my liking. The reuben was horrible, the corned beef tasted very old and almost rank. My husband said the Mahi Mahi was ok but not good. The waitress was nice but service was a little slow. View all feedback.
Very nice atmosphere. Very glad they are open till 10:00.. enjoyed some good music from the 70’s. Very good taste good.
We've been coming for many years and the food has always been incredible
