Adam makes it right! Went into Brueggers and had a specific order and he did not rush me. They always have excellent customer service and Adam always goes above and beyond. Food is fine, but the staff is more interested in their conversation with each other and their phones than doing their job. The place is a MESS dirty tables, water dripping from the ice machine creating a puddle on the floor. Not a lot of customers, so it's not like the employees couldn't take the time to clean up and make the space inviting. View all feedback.
