"I was so glad to find Edgartown Books for my recent visit to Martha's Vineyard. In addition to the friendly atmosphere and the design of the shop, I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful in recommending special books that I could read. And the veranda furniture invites you to read how you can see the world before you walk past Main Street. A real treat!! PS. And the restaurant behind the bookstore is simply sublime....Family friendly with great food!!"

"Best sandwiches on the island, hands down. Waiting is long and they can be underused, but please be patient and friendly to the staff. It is worth waiting and you can sit in the outdoor seating area with some snacks and ice cream while you wait! I had the cauliflower reubs and I was blown away -absolutely delicious and highly recommended!"

"What a wonderful little dinner and breakfast, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed a late breakfast here. I had the eggs Benedict and it was really good. Also a chicken sandwich. My husband really enjoyed that. The service is top-notch. So a pretty and wonderful little place to come and relax and enjoy a very nice meal."

"Nice little store with a small section of donuts,fritters and coffee. The Apple fritters are worth the hype,it was huge and tasted heavenly. Also had Boston creme donut and it was good. Service was quick and the all the people working wore masks and gloves. Definitely stop here for the Apple fritters."
