What Arab Mamba doesn't like about Shell:
I was testing the fly swatter and the obviously racially motivated woman at the front desk made a comment to not use merchandise if I don’t plan to buy it. I then apologized and proceeded to put the fly swatter back. Then she continued to accuse me of screaming in the back of the store. Convenient and clean. Good store, but the summer is a royal pain! Too many tourists and prices are too high, and the carwash is almost always out of order.

"The food was really good, but we were very disappointed in their timeliness in seating us and getting us our food, especially since there were not many people there. The most disappointing part is they ran out of fish on a Friday, but didn 't offer any sort of we 're sorry, we can get your another meal for the same cost. Just not what I expected from an upscale place. As a server myself, we would have bent over backwards apologizing!"

"This place always is a good restaurant to visit. We always have such great service and the food is always on point. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my food last night was a little burnt like they tried to melt the cheese for to long of a period. My wife's food though was amazing and perfectly cooked. We definitely will return."

"I visited The Looking Glass after a delightful visit to the Rotary Botanical Gardens. I was not disappointed. It was the perfect eatery to cap off a lovely day spent in Janesville. The staff was friendly, the menu offered variety and the small but welcoming outdoor patio was perfect to soak in the sunshine over a good meal. My friend and I split both the pulled pork sandwich and the chicken pesto wrap. Both were delicious and filling. The fried onion ring on the pork sandwich set it apart from the usual. I would definitely visit again."
