The Hokkaido ramen in the food court of Mitsuwa Marketplace (New Jersey). I usually order Miso ramen and ikura-don set. Ikura is usually very fresh and tastes good. I sometimes take-out the ramen, but I recommend to eat there instead. The food tastes different when you eat from the take-out bowl.
