In my opinion this is the best Panera in the area. The service is always up to par and the ambiance is always pleasant to sit and chow down or have a nice smoothie. Last time I was there was Friday and the manager Chris Biaza made good suggestions and made sure he provided meatless options. Super disappointed in the change!Feels like Panera has closed down, no point in coming anymore, I came for those yummy hot bowls and the salads I would do arugula, which they don’t have anymore at all.I decided to try one of their new sandwiches but I guess that was the last straw, not only the French onion soup wasn’t good, the bread they give was super hard but that new buffalo sandwich, I’ll just post a photo here... Don't eat here it's a total rip-off way too expensive and you don't get your money's worth

Best broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl, I've ever had.
