The staff wore all masks. I love that. Had two gift cards on my phone, which I easily scanned to pay for my order. No more pumpkin syrup, although they still have pumpkins. Two! Small bicycle stand at the end of the sidewalk. View all feedback.
What Kellen Riley doesn't like about Starbucks:
Every time I order a iced black coffee from this location they add sweetener to my drink. The sweetener leaves a bad taste in my mouth and ruins the coffee for me. It's a simple order of only coffee and ice, but somehow they find way to screw it up. If you're going to charge $5 a coffee, be better. View all feedback.
I always have such an awesome experience here. Staff are super friendly, and service is over the top! Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Iced Caramel Macchiato
I ordered a Caramel ribbon crunch with oat milk and EXTRA Caramel at the bottom.WHERE is the whipped cream, WHERE is the addition caramel I paid for, and why does it have that top!? Why is the sandwich HARD!? Starbucks is too expensive to be messing up orders! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30
I have come here many times and had great experiences, but today I witnessed something which I wasn’t sure if it was racism or just pure disrespect to a human. After a woman asked for the bathroom code, she came back three more times to make sure she was hearing the code correctly because the door wasn’t opening. After stating calmly that the code didn’t work and asked to repeat the numbers once again, this worker (Arie) looked at this women like she was an idiot and rudely and aggressively repeated the numbers in slow motion, along with dramatizing her syllables as if this women was incapable of understanding English. The woman's face dropped as she was clearly embarrassed and confused but walked back to try again. I got up to see if she needed help and when I put the same numbers in that she was told, I noticed that the door code battery was dead and that is why it wouldn’t open. The women said to me that she knew it wasn’t her. I then went up to the baristas and told them that it was dead and that’s why it wasn’t open. Arie didn’t even look up to acknowledge anybody, either she didn’t hear, or didn’t care to respond. I apologized to this women and she thanked me saying she didn’t understand why Arie had to be so mean, I told the woman that she didn’t deserve to be treated that way and there was no reason for Arie to say what she said the way she did. The woman left after her coffee was ready but I stayed, alongside the feeling of anger still with me as Arie continued to talk about this woman even after she left. I am rating a 5 star review because everyone else here is always great, but I hope that the proper action will be taken in order to never make, not only a customer, but a human feel the way she did.
Never have I ever felt compelled to write a review of a chain store/restaurant/coffee shop but 11/10 for this location. The friendliest, most careful, most attentive Starbucks experience I think i've ever had...in the drive through no less! Thank you to the two folks working the drive through around 8:00AM on 9/18/23. This will be my new go-to location. Service: Take out
