I used the Subway app this visit. I made my sandwich the way I wanted it to be a combo and paid for everything through the app. I went earlier than the time it needed to be ready to go to the counter, gave my name, she gave me my order, I took the chips and drink from my choice and was outside. During my recent visit, I used the Subway app to place my order. I customized my sandwich exactly how I wanted it as part of a combo and completed the payment through the app. I arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled pickup time, approached the counter, and provided my name. The staff member quickly handed me my order, and I grabbed my choice of chips and drink before heading outside. The whole process was quick and effortless. I’ll definitely use the app again for my next order!
The two wonderful ladies managing the morning shift truly know how to delight their customers! Their exceptional service is exactly what this city needs. They are professional and genuinely attentive to their guests. Keep up the fantastic work, ladies!
