Not just about dine in ot takeout, but did I want the dressing mixed in or on the side? Was I OK with the suggested dressing or want a different one? Did I want all the ingredients or need to modify? These are all simple questions but they get overlooked /forgotten so often in food service. It 's a bit more than I expected to pay, but good nonetheless. I 'm usually a Panera girl, but this is a good alternative."
