What User doesn't like about Good Earth:
I ordered the grain bowl. There was absolutely no flavor. I got a to go box so I could add flavor when I got home. My husband had a burger with a super dry bun. We were not impressed and I’m not very picky. View all feedback.
Always refreshing, and guilt free eating. You feel like you did your body good! Love the Good Earth! Love the summer outdoor seating and although many fabulous other things to sip on and enjoy, their famous tea bottomless cup) is a must!
Our few past experiences at the Edina Good Earth have been good and today we returned after a long absence, our first time for breakfast. Our server, Cindy, set the stage. She was friendly, professional and efficient. She gave us enough attention without hovering. The food was nicely presented, a good temperature and very tasty! The coffee was excellent too. A very pleasant meal!
We stopped a quick bite and delivered this place. Service was great, very friendly and gave us the perfect amount of attention. The Turkey Club was fresh and tasteful, ideal for a light lunch on the terrace. We also tried the Thai Chicken Flatbread. It had a lot of chicken (what was nice), and the peanut sauce that came with really had a good blow!
However, aside from this initial annoyance, our overall experience was good. The food was delicious, and the service was both quick and attentive. I’m torn about whether to take away a star; ultimately, our enjoyable experience was largely due to our server. We ordered a hibiscus mimosa, asparagus cream soup, veggie nachos, and wok-fried mixed vegetables. The portion sizes were just right for two people, and we managed to finish everything. The food tasted fresh, and even after eating our fill, we didn’t feel uncomfortable or overstuffed. The salsa and guacamole served with the nachos were particularly impressive—light and perfectly seasoned, with a nice balance of cheese, vegetables, and beans. The asparagus soup could have used a bit more salt, but that was easily remedied with a sprinkle from the table. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in the area or shopping at the mall. It seems like making a reservation is especially helpful on weekends, and if you’re a first-timer, be sure to request a booth when you book your reservation if that’s what you prefer.
We visited this restaurant with my PCA client, and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, and the calming atmosphere was perfect. The presentation was beautiful, and the healthy options were very appealing. I can't remember my server's name, but she was attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcomed. We would definitely return!
